Spielberg, born 18th December 1946 now 66 years old whose residence
is in Los Angeles, California.
Spielberg is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, and business magnate, whose career
started in 1963 up until this present day.
Spielberg’s first
major success comes in 1975 with the hit film ‘jaws’. The shark tale horror
film was extremely popular and landed Spielberg with three Academy
Awards for editing, original score, and sound, and was nominated for Best
Picture losing out to 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest'. 'Jaws' set box office
records grossing over US$100 million and made Spielberg a millionaire in his
early 30s.
Steven Spielberg has a net worth of around $3.1 billion
dollars and works out that he earns around $150 million dollars a year, this
making him one of the most wealthiest film directors in the world.
Spielberg is recognised as the most influential and one of
the most popular film directors around, altogether he has made around: 111
